CIO Services

As a CIO or someone having the responsibilities of a CIO, there are many facets of technology and its impact on the organization that must be considered – strategic planning, project management, proper design and interplay of technology and business processes, and implementing a sound IT internal control environment. 

At LANDFALL we have provided services to many of our clients that we like to call CIO Services. These services range from true CIO type services where we provide guidance on IT strategic planning and project management to more hands-on tasks required from our small and mid-market client base, where an individual acts as both "CIO" and "system analyst".
